God created men and women equal in value but with complementary roles. From Genesis 2, women are described as a “helper fit for him,” a role that is honorable and not inferior, reflecting how God helps His people. Men carry primary responsibility for leadership aimed at human flourishing, while women strengthen and complement that work in the home and the church. Both are essential, called to grow, serve, and rely on God’s grace as they pursue healthy families, churches, and communities.
