Blessed Mary

The word “blessed” gets thrown around a lot in Christian circles. Being blessed does not mean living a life without suffering; it means having the presence and unalterable promises of God in those situations. It means having a life in which God is committed to conforming you more toward the image of Jesus and bringing others to know Jesus through you. Mary learned what it meant to be blessed, because she recognized God’s presence and promises were always with her.
